If a bid is made in the last 59 seconds before the auctions ends, the auction will be extended with 61 seconds.

All bids are final and won auctions cannot be cancelled. If for some reason the final bid will be canceled, FlexIT Auctions will invoice 20% fee of the final bid.

Shipping:
Delivery is not included in the bid price, you can request a delivery quote from your account manager, or you can pick up the goods in Leiden, The Netherlands.

Warranty:
On all auction batches there is a 1 month carry in warranty that covers technical discrepancies between the goods received and the XLS file only. There is no warranty concerning cosmetic issues or batteries. Warranty claims are to be made via your Flex IT Account manager mentioning the batch number and invoice number.

FlexIT is not forced to sell the products to the buyer. FlexIT retain the rights to cancel and/or extent the auction, even after a winning confirmation has been sent.
